Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened skincare tools cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or defective items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
